Appliance & Chimney (1 complete sysyem) is: $240.00
The appliance (stove, fireplace, insert, etc) and chimney  must be inspected as 1 system
Second system same addresss same client: $200.00.
All rates INCLUDE GST, I hate uneven numbers :-) 
Travel to more remote areas can be quoted on the phone.
